Digital Downloads
AppMockup provides instant digital files. Because users can review watermarked previews before paying, completed final ZIP downloads are generally not refundable unless there is a service-side problem.
Refunds We Can Review
Contact us if you were charged but did not receive credits, were charged more than once for the same checkout, could not generate or download the final ZIP due to a service error, or received a file that is unusable because of our rendering system.
What We Need
Email support@appmockup.dev with your PayPal receipt email, order ID if available, the app link you used, and the job page link. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can investigate quickly.
Restoring Access
If a valid purchase succeeded but a cookie or browser issue caused credits to disappear, we may restore credits or provide a replacement download link when we can verify the payment.
How Refunds Are Sent
Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal payment when possible. Processing time depends on PayPal and the payment method.
